To celebrate the coming of October, I thought that I would share one of my all time favorite movies, the incredible thriller, Rosemary's Baby. If you haven't seen it I urge you now to get up from the computer and go rent it immediately! Not only is it a brilliant film, but it is also visually stunning and filled with some of the best 60's fashion and home decor. Throughout the film Mia Farrow sports the most swoonworthy babydoll dresses and adorable flats making me excited about one day being preganant just for the clothes alone. Oh, and her Manhattan apartment is absolutly to die for with wood floors, high ceilings with crownmolding, crisp white walls, and every room is adorned with bright yellow accents. How I would love to have Rosemary's life, except for the whole being pregant with Satan's baby part! Below are some things that I think the modern-day Rosemary would enjoy.
Purple flats by Salvatore Ferragamo, Carey Mulligan beautifully modeling Mia Farrow's iconic haircut, velvet baby doll dress from ASOS.com, white Valentino coat dress, pendant necklace by Lovelinks, rooms with yellow accents found at DecorPad.com
